How To Order A Custom Book

Submit the information on the form below. I will contact you if I have any other questions about your custom book to help determine the price. (The estimated price above may be a little higher than the actual price.) After all questions about your book have been answered you will be given an actual price quote and information on how to submit your story, pictures and payment for your custom book.

If you wish to set up a word document so it is ready to print and looks exactly like you want (***Download this template***) and go from there. Setting up the book yourself will save you money.
